dm500c stuck on greenlight

Hi, my dreambox gor dw2.00 image and stuk on green stadby light and not functioning with remote or on/off switch.any help would be appreciate.

Yes, and YES but when i flashing with dreamup its say box is live and working. but when its goes to flashing erase box goes on stand by mode but my box show no light but after succesfully flash its comeback to green light. but from remote it does not function. this may help. THANKS for your reply.

Is it a new box? because if new the ribbon cable from the remote sensor board to the motherb oard may be plugged in wrong or just be loose.



If oyu know the box has worked with remote before, use Dreamup and mull modem cable to reflash it with DK image.

try loading image without the erase part some images dont like flash erase part

Corrupt image.

Try flashing an image from the download section.

Although you will need to insert the proper files to view other media.
