DM500 No Channels

i am new and i have just got a dreambox 500c and I am in virgin media area near watford, When i tried to scan my new box i don get any channel and get this message

All know transporter have been tried but no look is possible verify antenna/cable setup or try another sateliite network

can someone help

satalite? wot image is on it? you sure its a 500 c and not a 500 s as one is for cable and the other is for satalite
