DM500 help to set up

i am new and i have just got a dreambox 500c and I am in virgin media area near watford, When i tried to scan my new box i don get any channel and get this message

'All know transporter have been tried but no look is possible verify antenna/cable setup or try another sateliite network'

I am runung DK image. I am not able to get even fta chanels. I think i am also struggling with location. i am near watford so I sellected watford.

What symbol rate should i use? i am using the defaul 06900

Try bruteforce UK scan to start.

This is situated at the bottom of the location list.

Is your cable feed live,are you switched on at the node,the green box in the street.
