My box lost all but a few free view channels last week so I swapped it over to my back up box which has worked for a few day until this morning, now again I am only able to view a few free view channels...... Any Ideas on what is going on????

put box back to orginal point where it worked and test it. If it works the other line is too weak...may need booster.

Also remove all splits in the line and plug the box directly into it.

Diffo not the image. it really does sound like your line.

As I said, remove all splits n the line. Have from wall into your dreambox and them try it. Im sure you will have at least all free channels then. If its only pay channels you cant view then its possible rom needs updated...but that would not effect your free channels from showing.

Looks like v***in are changing transponders again, just use set your location in the sub menu and do rescan. happened to me this morning.
