remote not working

anyone else have any trouble with the dm500c remote? its been a bit stubborn for a while but now it is not working at all. have changed batteries before i get any smart answerss.
would reflashing the image make a difference or do yous think its just a faulty remote?

it wouldnt be the image, but diffo the remote...buy new one?

You can confirm your remote is ~~~~ed, if you turn your camera on on your mobile, look at the top of the remote through the phone screen and press a button you will see a red flash when you press any button, if not then it's goosed. That was not my technical brilliance by the way it was posted by, if memory serves DF himself, incase anyone thinks I am trying to pass that of as my own thinking.

If its a 500c try opening it bad have a look that all connections are connected. I had a new box where remote woul'nt work, so opened box and there was a loose connection.

hi, have you switched off from the main and switched on again? if yes and still not working reflash the box.

Ive had a remote not working with the dm800 and that was an image problem!
