Its december, before christmas. There is a link on their website saying the complete swap of smart cards will be done between october and december 2009.

december 2009 is for Yorkshire areas I believe I think it'll be 2010 before the whole network is migrated across.

Is Nagra 3 that hard to crack? Surely there are a number of brigth sparks out there already working on a solution? Or am I missing something?
