my box went down 2day and it does not find any channels have scan and restart cam no joy just blank any options i should try would be help for and i checked the vigin area to see if and problem with the feed which was but has been fixed what can be done to fix this and help would be happy to take on board

My channels went off early hours of morning, just did a rescan and got them all back. Depending on what image ou are using you have a set my location in on of the sub menus try that, then do scan. Hope it helps.....

yes have check to see if was problem in area there was but has now been fix the area i am is herts..still no channel
