i think my tuner is shorting my box when it boots up without the coax screwed in it stays on fine but when i plug the coax in it shuts down and keeps re booting my f connector input is a bit wobbly aswell and i have noticed there is a small crack where the f connector meets the tuning card (this is why th f connector is wobbly) does anyone know if soldering this would rectify the problem or will my tuner be ~~~d now?

You could try and solder connections to make it more secure, it's hard to tell you what to do because we can't see the tuner.
If the board is cracked, check that tracks on the board are not broken. -
i dont think its the board if i take my co ax out of it the box boots up fine m8 but the connector on the tuner where you put the coax cable in is loose and it moves about, the top half of it is connected to the tuner but the bottom half is broken off so ki think its causing a sort, i dunno if soldering it would make any difference, im not explaining very well, can i upload pics on here and il show you?

oh well guys i think its a new box i need the tuner is completely gone now, i openend it right up and some of the board is scortched and one of the copper coils is broken im heartbeoken the things never worked right since i got it i should have sent it back b4 i opened it up it was still under warranty
. anyway thanks for all your help!!, now the quest begins to find a cheapy
