cloned dreambox dm500c

am getting a cloned dreambox dm500c but was wondering if i needed to buy anything eg a different cable or does the one from my VM fit on with out buying a converter as i know with the orgional one i had to get a gender changer thanks in advance

most likely have to buy an adapter , the 500 clones normally are screw on connectors, where as the VM ones are push in ones. You will get them at B&Q for next to nothing, if you get stuck i might have a spare lying around.

think you got that muddled mate, the old clones where push fit and vm's are screw type, the new 500 clones are screw so there the same as vm, so nothing needed.

got mine from dvbseller hope its the version, i wanna put the dk image wud that be ok to use on it no probs with the image just wary of the clone boxes .
