anytime i ever look on buythings they are always out of stock, dvb seller is cheap but im concerned ill get stung by customs

I bought one from dvbseller 3 weeks ago and didn't get stung with customs charges. They put a price of about $16 on the package so that it looks like it's a sample product and it goes straight through customs ok.
