lost all channels

Hi all, got up this morning and lost all my channels on dreambox 500c even lost fta channels i live in wigan area would this be n3 or just a virgin fault any one else have this problem in my area or is there anything i can try.

Most likely virgin fault. Give it few hours.

hi,it could be the image has gone corrupt, try a re-flash.hope this helps.

This happened to me recently. Just re scan. You will get all 'new' channels so you'll have to re-do your bouquets.

im back on must have been a fault with vm all channel back thank the lord.
