lost a channel (virgin 1)

hi

loss of a channel virgin1 has gone and its been gone a while now on a 500c, spoke to a few people with dbox, dreambox, they have same trouble, dreambox clone is fine, any ideas on how to fix this.

i also have a 600c and have the channel on there

l have the same thing m8 but its e4 .. the 600 is fine and l swapped over the boxes and its still the same even after a scan ? , good thing is the wife cant watch big brother when in bed

Hi Napster,

I have a similar thing with Virgin1. On my genuine dm500 downstairs it doesn't work but on my clone upstairs it works ok. I haven't done a scan on the downstairs one for a while because the wife moans but the clone up stairs gets scanned all the time.

Try going to the All Services page, hit menu on Virgin1 and delete it. Then try a scan or just leave it to come back on its own and see if it works then.
