DM500 Crash and Re-boot.

Just had a call from a mate enquiring wether i was having any probs with DM500C.
I told him no and he said his has been repeatedly re-booting itself all day.The time between re-boots varies from 30 secs to around 10 mins.The box cannot be turned off from the remote or the fromnt pannel button.Powering down has to be done by removing the power plug and re-inserting,when box powers up again all he gets is a blue screen nothing else.
Anyone of a higher knowledge of these boxes got any ideas ?

best thing to do is to back up the image from your box and flash it on your m8's using dreamup

Cheers for that guys.I'll get on to it ASAP,or as soon as i have finished plastering my bathroom .Hopefully it will resolve his problem.
