DM500 Commando 15 "No Valid Bouquets Found" after scan

I have a DM500C with Commando 15 ( both D and 15.1). Up till recently it's worked fine but I needed to scan to update some moved channels. I first made sure the fast scan had the correct freq/netid then I used the blue button and the Autobouquets vm.
It scanned and found all the transponders but when it automatically went to the next stage to make the bouquets it stopped and it came back with an error saying "No valid bouquets found, please check your scan settings". Without the autobouquets now I cant access the channels to change over,
Anyone having the same problem ?

im useing the new beta 16 you need to go get it from the commando home site
or use 15e
