dreambox 500c plz help

hi wonder anyone can help me im new to this i got a dreambox 500c with dw 2.1 image with auto update. few days a go my all channels a gone down.so i rescan the image with dreamup but no joy.is there a new fix or im i doing somthing wrong plz help me

When you say all do you mean all or do you just have free to Air ? if all channles are gone check your cable input from virmin as they may of disconnected you if you have no other services by them ?

when you say "i rescan image with dreamup", do you mean you have reflashed a new image to box??

no mate i rescan a back up image old

download dk2.1 image first.
Then flash it to the box using Dreamup and null modem cable.
Then scan you channels.
you should only get FTA channels.
THen ftp magic roms files to your image and that will get you all the pay channels for free.

If your not getting a picture the cc may have switched you off, to check if your line is live plug the cable straight into the tv with the correct connector and see if you can pick up the basic channles if not you have no live feed ?
