DM500 double channels

when I first installed the box i got duplicated channels obviously only the channels with information in brackets worked as the others were dead. I sorted this all out by deleting the extra channels.

Now I cloned my box for a friend to get his up and running and when i plugged in my box wamo I got the double channels again

Is there a setting or easierway of sorting this out

you can put the live channels into bouquets and save them aswell? then if any problem with box anytime you just put them back on again. this would work to transfer to the other box too

you can delete the services file, then re-scan.
