deleting DM800c services...

Hi,

I am using a second hand image, it has a load of channels already been scanned not for my area, i want to go from scratch but i cant seem to find the services.xml to delete, what files do i need to delete to completley erase all current channells on the box ?...also, after doing that what is the best program to organise the bouquets on the dm800c using a gemini image and/or enigma2

Sorted, i downloaded the files from box using dreambox edit, then i went into the folder where they were dumped, deleted them all then reimported them.
