DM800 TV Output

Hi Guys,

Need some advice here my DM800 C is conncted via the dvi cable to my TV downstairs - I have a cable coming out of the box TV OUT which is connected to our bedroom TV, now I can't get a picture on the upstairs TV is there a setting I need to activate in the menu? yes have done auto tune on tv+manual...or do I presume it needs to be connected via rgb scart for the tv out function to work - it use to work fine using a sview box - what are your thoughts guys?

dctyper - thanks for the reply but I'm not sure what you mean! All I want to do is watch TV upstairs to whats being shown downstairs - is that not possible? My starview was fine with this.

dont think so, i tried with my 500c once before and i assume the 800 is the same, ill try mine out

So what other reason would they have TV out on them for? I just can't figure it out - onlu thing I can think of that it needs to be connected via scrat and not via dvi..

if you think about old vcrs they had a tv out for airial use
