how do u make a back up image so i can store it on the computer ? i have got it all working on cable with all the bouquet. i am about to try the 800 on sat now but want to keep the back up image incase i change back to cable.

You can use a bit of kit called dreamboxedit for saving all your channels and favs.
As for the image, just re-flash the cable image back to the box if you decide to go back to cable and then use dreambox edit to send channels to dreambox.
