DM500 no fta channels

hi im really struggling with my new d500c! for some reason it wont pick up any channels at all and keeps saying all known transponders have been tried, but no lock was possible verify antenna-/ cable-setup or try another satelite/network when i perform a transponder scan! can anyone help please??

As you don't say what you have done so far it makes it difficult to help you. Have you copied across the cables.xml file var/etc? What cam are you usimg because you should be using evocamd 2.13? Have you copied across the 'magic files' to var/keys and var/scce folders?
