hi all i have been having problems with all sky sports channels they are freezing for a second and sound stops as well it has only started this week no other channels are doing any help would be great i have dm500c thanks

This is happening to my dm500c as well. Only on Sly sports 1 and 3 and Disney Cinamagic, couple of movie channels.

Just started on thursday i think cos i was trying to watch the tennis.

I also have a dbox2 and it has no issues, can watch sly sports 1 ok. swapped the dreambox 500c with the dbox2 and it doesn't happen. so looks like something going on with the way the dreambox is getting the signal.

A mate just phone and is getting same probs on same channels. He got a 500c as well. and happened same time as me.

Using Jade3 image.
I've tried re flashing the image, deleting the channels and rescanning. still there...

Not come across the prob before, everything been working great for ages.

Anyone got a solution?

m8 I can't even get mine to find one channel but have you done a full scan ?
If you are having breakup then maybe they have moved some channels to a different freq.

Someone on another forum did tell me that they are messing around at the mo in certain areas with the frequencies.

This was still happening to me yesterday (random picture freeze for less than sec on a few channels), but seems to have resolved itself today.

Didn't do anything.....bit strange

I am also having problems with sports 1 on my dm500c but if I connect my Dbox it works fine. So I can only assume that the signal is fine.
