DM500 dreambox-s only free channels but no other channel plsss help

hi i need your help because i am new in this forum i have got dm500 it used to working fine but from past 1 month i can only watch free sky channels but all others just comes blank can anybody please help me i live in west london middlesex... yhanx in advance
