Mmm had a read through nearly all threads
But if my dm500 says

" error,crc32 on flash from box not equal to local crc32"
what realy doas it mean?
Can anyone help please?

looks like a bad flash on the unit may have courpted a bit of memory.

try to flash an erase.img to the box, then relfah your owrking image over it. You may have to keep trying a few times before it may work.
