freezing problem

hi,i have a super envision (dm500 clone) and was running it on the dk v1,on mgcamd 1.20, this cleared all the channels but they kept freezing every so often for about 10 seconds and then cleared again,ive tried downloading evocamd 2.17d ( this works perfect on dm600 pliolite ) but as it starts to download anything from dk servers it crashes with message error with http connection,so i decided to try the pli jade image,on this img ive got mgcamd 1.20 and evocamd 2.17 but the channels only clear with mgcamd and not evocamd,with the freezing problem still there,any ideas how i can stop the freezing problem,thanks in advance

i had a problem with freezing with evocam 2.17c changed to evocam 2.12 and everything worked fine

ill 2nd that i have no problems with 2.12 but when i upgraded i had nothing but problems as they say dont fix it if its not broken long live evocam 2.12

im back on dk v.1 img on dm500,everything clears with mgcamd 1.20 but still freezes,but nothing opening with any of the evocamd's,im in birmingham ex tw area,im sure evocamd will fix the freezing problem,but why is it not clearing the channels

Unrar and copy these cfg files to the /var/keys folder on your box.

Set the emu manager to Evocamd_2.12 as default with the box. This has been the most reliable for me for years. Mgcamd has known issues with freezing. The later versions of evocamd (and mgcamd for that matter) have more things in them to keep up with all the encryption changes so the binary files are larger and more prone to problems.

Go to Sky Sports 1 and restart the emu, leave it there for up to 2 mins, if still no channels, move to sky sports 2 then back to sky sports 1 and wait again.

Let me know how you get on.

hi devilfish,ive followed your insructions and even rebooted the box but the dk v.1 wont clear on evocamd 2.12,it only clears on mgcamd 1.20 with freezing.

hi .. i need help with my dreambox clone . .the eurovox ultra

so far ive added the the dk1.1 image and ive added the keys to the var/keys folder

and the scee to the var/scee folder
ive also put the cfg files into the keys folder

ive scanned for channels . but all i get is the free channels when i do the scan ..

it does pick up all of the channels . except sky 1 ,2 ,3 but it doesnt let me view them

can anyone help please
