Trying to update 7025 via blue panel

Hi

I've been trying to update the keys on my DB 7025 via the blue panel, I get the message that the download was successfull, restarted cam, however no channels are comming up? Do I need to update my Image : Nabilo Blackhole V9.0 or Cam: Evocamd 2.17?

yeh you wont get much are you after cable or the satellite side there is only a few channels open with keys if you want satelite if you have cable and are using evocam you can au you dont need keys

Yes, I am after the cable channels. This is the first time I have had to update my box since I brought the box earlier this year. Im currently running Evocamd 2.17 with Nagrarom 7 which has been working all year. Im thinking it may be the version of Evocamd im running, reading around doesnt seem to be as popular as the earlier versions, or do I need to update my Rom file, would be interested in your setup.

It would be good to know how to update the keys manually as im getting bored with the FTA channels now! Would the manual update be through the screen or do I have to FTP onto the box and update one of the key files.

I have had some time over the weekend to play around with the box, however, still no joy! Here is what I have tried so far, any feedback appreciated!

Autoupdate
Through the plugin menu I manage to download the latest fix from nabilosat, I can tell as the original file was dated satan key bundle 19/11/09, after update showed 10/12/09. I have also tried the key update from the blue panel, which says was successfull. Rebooted dreambox, restarted cam nothing on sky sports 1?

Manual update
Managed to get hold of the latest fix through the keymaster tool. Reading around the forum it seems that everyone updates their keylist.txt within the var or usr /keys directory. I could not find entries for the cable carriers within this file mainly sattelite or EU cable providers. I did manage to find a keylist file under the scce folder (I think the 7025 uses this folder for the keys) and found the cable entries. None of the entries from the AU matched those from the keymaster. I edited all cable entries, saved the file, left channel on sky1, rebooted the box, restarted the cam and still nothing... Am i missing something or do i need to change my setup i.e cam/rom version?

Is their any reason that you are using the Nabilo Blackhole V9.0 image. You will not be able to get the full 1 day epg with this image with cable. The newer images are all setup for Sat, I have an older image running with 1 day epg on cable and it works fine, the only thing I don't get is the now and next but this works on the Sat side. The Keys go in usr/keys and the roms go in usr/scce. Hope this helps.
