DM500 Tuning issues

Hi

I have problem to tune my DM500 with DK immage, I have lost all BBC channels and when I do a automatic or manual scan I get the following message "coudn't open the service file - create/var/tuxbox/config/enigma" and I need ot restard the DM500.
Can you help me please! all other channels are working fine.

I had that problem b4,but i was putting the picon files in the wrong place,so maybe you have put some files in the wrong place or something like that m8.
