dreamup wont work..is my box dead?

My box was working fine until it died on friday.(ive only had it a couple of months) The power light was on but nothing showed up and had no IP address. Im trying to flash via dreamup but no joy, it gets stuck on initiating boot loader. Im using a null modem cable & have it set to the correct COM (i think). Anyone have any ideas or is my box dead Thanks

Your image has become courpted.
If dreamup sticks upping the bootloader for flash, try different version of dreamup, including the older ones.
