500c help like no other

hi people i have dream 500c with DW neutrino 2.1 lost all channels just black screen for everthing ,done a rescan but do not get the movies and sports but get most of the other chanels any help please.

Did you restart the cam? And where in the country are you?

yes cam restarted and im in huddersfield

Do me a favour press menu>information>stream info>then scroll right once on a premium channel like sky sports 1 what does the number say next to Kudelski?

cant find how to stream info but i do not have any movies or sports the scan never found any i did a scan using scan for all services ,cable uk ,all transponders, if this helps any ?

Your very near Leeds so I would say theres a fair chance you've went nagra 3 have you recieved a new card from VM recently?

no,its just weired that them channels are missing but all music are on racing channels espn ect but no sky 1,2,3 movies,1,2,3 may be i should try another image do you recomend 1 ?

Nothing to do with image mate remove all splitter stop any downloads you have going and scan again

Think i have sorted it , the channels are there but not in the bouquets they have all been mixed up ,
