EX5100 lost channels, Reading area

Hello I hope someone can help, I appear to have lost a few channels. Only ones I have noticed to date is, Sky sports 1 sky sports 3, sky 2 and 3 , e4 and one of the movie channels. I ran a channel update to no avail so i done a deep scan and now those channels have not been picked up. Any ideas would be great.

the frequency may have changed but the first 4 of those channels where on frequency 66700 so try manually scanning that frequency

if above fails then do a factory default reset and scan directly off the feed (ie remove splitters etc.)
