Dreambox 600 images

Hello guys Im just feeling around the site and looking at the download section i dont see any dream 600 images.
Have digital kaos got any in development?maybe i'm not looking hard enough but i've just found the site and just trying to find my feet.

i use the pli iolite image at the mo. and its excelent.
but pli have just released the pli jade image which im going to get working on my 600 in the next couple of days.
you can download pli iolite and jade here for the 600
you will have to modify it to do what you want it to

Can you let us know how th eJade image goes and if it is worth upgrading. I am starting to get a few breakups on some of the channels.

got all channels clearing if you know what i mean.
only snag i can see at the mo is no sideways scrolling on the bouquets.
timeshift now works proper too ie pause live telly

Edit the remote control XML file at \usr\share\tuxbox\enigma\resources to enable the scrolling, or use the one attached here. Install to above path, and reboot.

Hi , I've just installed the Pli image onto a DM600 and the image is fine but now i'm trying to do a channel search and cant get a lock. I ve tried rebooting the box but no joy. Anybody any ideas? I've tried bruteforce for virgin, Virgin 6952 and Virgin 6887

I had the same problem trying to get a lock using 6952,so i tried a Brute scan and that worked for me.

Never had this problem before.

thats the first thing i changed when i loaded the image m8. changed it from enigma to classic neutrino.
you still have to alter the xml file for sideways scrolling. i remember doing it many moons ago but for the life of me couldnt remember what file it was.

I am using the Pli Jade image on my 600, and i just changed the setting i said above m8 and it works for me.
I didnt have to edit any files.

thats strange
say im watching channel 4 for instance i press ok that fetches up my tv bouquet. i now press the right arrow button and all that happens is i scroll down that list in that bouquet.
if i want to see whats on sly sports i have to press ok to fetch up the tv bouquet then press blue to see all my bouquets arrow down to sports bouquet then press ok to see a list of sports channels.

there is an option to change to " auto bouquette change " cant remember off the top of my head as i am upstairs right now.

its in settings, or advanced settings, you need to add the tick next to the option.

i was using jade same as you.
there prob is a tickbox but i hadnt got that far. i was tinkering a little and stuffed everything up. big brother was about to come on so had to flash my backup of iolite back to the box before i went to work.
she would of packed my bags if she missed any of big brother

well this jade image is proper doin my head in now. my only day off and i now cant get it working. been at it all day.
it took me 10 mins last time.
i cant get the image to see my backed up services or bouquets from my working pli iolite image.
so thought sod it i will scan and sort them all again into new bouquets
scanning was fine sorting fine.
now i cant get my backed up keys clearing channels!!!!! worked fine the other day!!!!
downloaded a fresh copy of jade from pli and tried again thinking my image may be at fault.... no joy
anyhow....
when i place my backed up services and bouquets in a clean image i want to reload channels but cant find anywhere to do it? so i restart enigma will this undo any changes i make? or should restarting be fine?
