Hi, does anyone own one of these?

Need a new box and looking for opinions on this.

Is this the same size as a 500c?

Also could I just flash a backup image of a 500c straight on to this?

Not sure if this is the right section to ask but couldn't see anywhere else to post.

Its the same as a DreamBox is every way. Just rebranded to avoid the legal crap. All the inside guts are the same but its tuner is slightly better made to try and suck more channels.

Oh and yeh, you can put the same images on as the DreamBox 500c. No different.

The Kaos image or DW 2.x should work absolutely fine on the BlackBox for UK customers but I am not sure about Europe.

The Linux BlackBox is a replica of the DreamBox 500C just looks different (the front panel and the fact its black ) so you can use the same software as the DreamBox.

Basically a DM500 in sheeps clothing (or a black sheep )
