DM600 Jade quite slow.

Very fast channel changes, but slow boot time and woefully slow web interface.

You are right about the slow boot time, I have even powered mine off a couple of times thinking it had hung.

Also noticed at least one of the common plug-ins no longer work. A-la Mr. Dude's backup plug-in.

I stopped using my mrdude plugin in the Iolite after the last BIG keychange as it didn't seem to rerstart the backup keys.

is anyone here using jade on their dreambox 600?
if so could they upload it to rapidshare and pm me a link as i cant get evocamd 2.17b to clear channels anymore.
it was working fine a few days ago but now after tinkering i cant get them to clear.
i must have flashed pli jade to and from my box 30 times today

have you got nagraroms in /etc/tuxbox/scce/ ?

cant say for sure as i now have iolite back on my box.
but off the top of my head that directory is linked to a diff location.
gonna have another play tomoz

got it sorted dont ask me how as i havent a clue!!!
i think it may of been file attributes.
