for some reason, my 500c wont let me ftp!!

the password works fine on the enigma interface but not on my ftp!

if i do a factory reset, will this reset the user and password to root dreambox?

If you do a factory reset, yes it will reset it to root and dreambox.

Check that your port is set to 21 for ftp and double check you have the right ip address.
