    Erased image

    Can anybody help ?
I've tried to ftp the dk1 image on DM500 got no joy but then thought it might be better to completely erase the image and start over (what a mistake). I now can't connect to the box via filezila client. The box does not respond at all.

you will need to get a null modem cable, and flash the image with Dreamup.

dont click on the flash erase button when flashing new image to box.

There is plenty on this topic in the cable forum.

Do you mean missing channels from a scan or the channels are displaying a blank screen?

If missing channels from a scan, it's usually a signal problem. If you're using a splitter, remove it, connect the box to the main feed and do another scan.
