500c coax out

hi all im new at this just got my box yesterday its a 500c ive almost got it sorted thanks to all the great guides amd help on this site except all payed channels are black screen i know this because i havnt got the right keys yet. i should be able to sort this i think =)
my main problem is
i have pace box that i was using and it works great its set with scart to the main tv downstairs and a coax cable running to a tv upstairs with a remote sender for changing channel but when hooked up my 500c the same way all i get upstairs is the virgin message that the analogue service has now been turned off like the message you would have got if ya had an old analogue box an ya needed to upgrade to digital

If remember right that only a rf passthru don't think 500c has a rf modulater

As dan says think its a pass through for the main feed what i have used before is one of these Marmitek MegaView 20 cant fault them at all also there is one were you can change the chans as well from the other room but have not used it on a dreambox before so dont know if it works or not its called the Marmitek MegaView 70
