DM500 Streaming - Audio works, no video

Hi there,

I'm trying to stream from my dreambox (running DK v1) to my computer, but the links to web-x-tv link or the vlc link won't work. The audio link at the top streams perfectly. Any ideas what could be up?

You may not have the proper codec installed on your PC.

Try installing BitControl or VideoLan first and try it again.

Or install the KazzaLite Codec Pack and see if that helps.

I've got the latest version fo VLC installed, and can play back recorded files just fine so I think I should be ok codec wise (I've got one of the kazaalite codec packs installed already). Any other ideas? There isn't anything to configure on the box itself with this is there, possibly via telnet?

Don't think so, it's always just worked for me ok.
