missing channels

my brother asked me to reflash his 500c as it was missing some channels
so i flashed the dk img but the channels are unrecievable (nine of them) with a reading of 66 46 1600 (or there abouts)
while the rest are perfect with a reading of 96 45 0
its looks like it cannot pickup one transponder but why.
my own works perfect.

Hi try a signal booster or try it without splitters direct feed

it has a direct feed and should it need a booster when every orther channel is perfect and when i plug in my one box every channel works
