DM500 DM 500C turns itself off......any help please??

hi,

my dm500c has been working fine for over 8 months then last night it started to turn off,

when it does this it reloads evocamd 2.12 then comes up with no channels found, then about 10 secs later does exactly the same again. Sometimes it will work for maybe 5 mins, when it does i get all channels back and it works as normal then switches off again!!!

its really frustrating, is there any way of fixing this or is just knackered??

Sounds more than likely that power supply may be failing, try similar 12V dc power supply first before attempting to reflash box!

if box switches off and cam changes and you get a blank screen,if you change the cam over on remote does it work then.
