DM500 ADULT Channels Dont scan

Does anybody know the answer as to why NO adult channels can be received after a service scan? This seems to be something nobody can answer. Ive spent so much time on the internet trying to find out why the DM500 can not get the rest of the adult packages. Even the old basic Starview can get them and every other box going, but not the DM500???

Any answers out there?????

umm i think its always been known that enigma on 6952 cant scan them in,but im running a neutrino image on my 500 and i have them ,but dont really want them ,its a bitch innit

Whats different about them channels to every other channel then why they cant be picked up?

that i cant answer soz,but that enigma image im told was ok for the xxx in the liverpool 6952 area,hope it sorts you ok
