I advised a friend to purchase a Blackbox 500c from DVB Monkey which came pre flashed with DK image, so when it arrived I put on the keys and scce just like I had on my own box but the EVO CAMD doesn't automatically kick in. When I've started it manually by holding down on 'info' it does nothing. I've re-flashed the box with the software I put on my own box and re-added the keys and still nothing (just free-view).
I told my friend as the purchaser to contact DVB Monkey and to explain the problem, but they are just coming back with a time bombed box explanation, I'm thinking this shouldn't be possible as it started with their own image and has been replaced with the image that works fine on my own box?!
