Channels Missing ESPN

Hello everyone, I'm very new to this forum and I'm still very much finding my feet with the whole cable box thing.

I've had a Dream 500 cable box for about 3 months now and for some reason I can no longer pick up the ESPN channels. Every other channel seems fine, and all work correctly. The ESPN channels only have about 50-60% signal strength, and obviously the cable box doesn't pick the channels up correctly.

I was wondering is there a way of retriving these channels again?
Flashing? Updating? etc

Try rebooting your box m8 i lost ESPN on Sat night but perservered with it and it returned on Sun afternoon not being cheeky mga do you know how to reboot your box.

3, click service searching
4, click bruteforce
5, start scan
