I've had a lot of channels give me the 'service not found' error and the SNR drops to about 60%. But I've been playing with cables and feeds, etc. so it's probably my fault .

just noticed a few channels went including the sky sports. doing a rescan atm... fingures crossed. went down at midnight

mine went roughly the same time but came back by it self after a couple of min

seem to have lost a few channels now... including sky sports 1,3 and xtra
oh and I tried to rescan but Im getting a Fatal error.... any ideas people?

EDIT: its all good just had to wait 5 mins for everything to be back to normal

All fine here in n lanarkshire ex tw though had the same thing at roundabout the same time but only went off for couple of secs all channels still working

What channe is Sky Sports Xtra on normal Dreambox DM500C?

The channel will have a different frequency and service id depending on what area you are in.

sorry for jumping in on thread but im stuck!! the same thing happened to me last night,just got in from work and everything seems ok apart from a few channels,one being set*nta sports 1.im hoping to watch the football later so is there anyway to get it back asap?
Tried rebooting the box and tried restarting the evocam. is it a full rescan or is there something else i can do?
im near l/pool ex tw area.

A full rescan should pick it up mate. Just use a bruteforce scan for your network.
