Flashing DM800 with webcontrol

Hi , Could anybody kindly tell me how to reflash an image , at moment when i put IP address of DM in internet explorer , i get a webcontrol interface , and doesnt seem to have a new firmware tab , any ideas please , as hope to try Bonesy image

dont suppose you know Which paragraph mate , or which tab , got , TV , Radio , Movies , Timer , Box control , Extras , WebTV ,

ahh, you havent done it correctly. the instructions are in the manual!

shut down your box.
restart the box but hold in the power button
the ip address should appear on the lcd
punch that in to your ie
you will then see what im on about
