help with ex sata on 800 hd

hi i wonder can someone help,,i have a dm 800hd on way to me ,i need to fit a hdd .

i have a 300 gig 3.5 sata to fit externaly but i have been told that this way it does not work...do i need a caddy or conect to 800;s usb please help many thanks

Yup, you will need a caddy unless you buy a 2.5" drive which will fit inside.

yes mate , a caddy is required with its own power supply , may be a better idea to throw a 2.5 hdd inside the unit
