How to JTAG flash DM500C

I have a dreambox DM500, i make the JTAG cable but i can't connect it to flash it ?

I have a message ERROR : register test fail....

I don't understand and i make like it says in the forum...

Need help.

the wire going to pin 16 should be grounded by attaching it to the case of the dreambox, make sure your cables are properly attached also if you are still having trouble check out Digital Kaos - Downloads - How to JTAG a DM500 see if that gives you a better idea good luck hope this helps
