DM500 dream box 500c. suddenly lost all chanels. need help!

i have dreambox 500c. was working fine till last night, it has suddenly stopped working. not showin any chanels. rescanned it but still the same. could anybody advise what next step could be take? do i have reflash it? any help highly appreciated. thanks in advance.

From one of you previous posts 'hi i'm in telewest west yorkshire. i tried gemini dm500 clone 4.6 firmware'

Thinks N3 is being tested or is in use in your area. read up on the N3 thread's and see if you's affected! either keys rolled of virmin are testing/maintenance in your area!

Yeah stop sh*tting bricks and wait for a few hours rescan and your channels will come back.

VM are changing things around in to the introduction of nagra 3.

Be patient and wait.
