DM800 Not finding channels on me 800

lost all channels yesterday and have today treid to do a re-scan but not picking up anything. Do i have the right settings for my dm800

i am northolt/heston in middlesex area

Tuner - Tuner A DVB-C
Type of Scan - Single Transponder
Frequency - 675
Inversion - Auto
Symb Rate -69520
Modulation - 64-QAM
FEC - Auto
Network Scan - Yes
Clear Before Scan - No
Only Free Scan - No

no still comming up the same no channels found, i have checked to make sure i have a signal and all is ok by the way, wondering of i have the frequency and symbol rate good

ok i have found 10 services only but none are working comes up with message 'service not found (sid not found in pat)

I had few probs with this mate , opened up box and made sure tuner was pushed into the mb all the way , worked for me

why not just grab the cable.xml file from downloads and select your town...box will scan proper feq automatically.

because it doesnt always work . but the brute force scan does.

ok , i tried this before and never had any joy but tell me i have put the xml file into etc/tuxbox also inside was the sat xml file but once this is done what and were do i go ???

under tuner confiq you select your location or all area scan/bruteforce

then do a scan

i must have something set wrong as i dont have any options for a bruteforce scan, i am able to set location but this keeps finding 73 channels of which 68 are feeds and the others are just the freebie filmflex/on demand/virgin central/virgin id ( have an option for slow full scan this has not picked up anything yet)

DM 800 pres scan parameters on C band satellite

Can any member (user of Fm 800 Hd ) help me.

I wish to commence setting up parameters for channel search
on Eu W2A @ 10* east, C Band channels are R /L polarization 8PSK,please explain me how to proceed starting from SET UP.
