Blank dreambox

I have blank dreambox 500c, can't find any channels when scanning for them, I have been informed that I need Dream up and DK v1.1 which I do not know where to get from and I can't get them or download them from this site as I am a new member any help

are you using a usb to serial converter cable? This is a cammon problem with them. Ideally use a computer with a dedicated port or failing that see the sticky on chaging port settings

click on downloads at the top of the page m8 ...then look down the right hand side of that page ....then click on dk image 1.1 then download easy once u know how bud.

I have dreamup the box now, but when I go to flash it or upload DK V1.1 I get "error upload aborted"

you may have to try a couple of times.
don't forget...box must be OFF when you start dreamup...hit connect....THEN turn box on
