Hi to all, I have a dreambox 500c and I an not getting no power in it. I have check the external power supply ait is working. When I plug in the box the light at front not burning. Can anyone help Please. Thanks to all.

I had similar problem like this. Found out that the 2 pin bit you plug into the adaptor was too short and not making proper contact with the adaptor. Try another power cable, if that don't work, use any other power supply with same voltage and amperage output. Works for me.Last edited by snagga; 30 January, 2010, 12:20. -
Take the lid of the box mate
The front ribbon has come off
Just push it back on ,and it will come back to life
