Only getting free channels

I am a complete newbie to dreamboxes, i have just recentley flashed a dreambox using null cable, and dreamup. I used image DK1.1. i copied the nagraRom 7 files over to the keys folder, and var/scee and var/etc. Using EvoCam, and even tried restaring it. Any help much apreciated

rom files go in var/scce, key files go in var/keys.
